The complete refurbishment and extension of a three storey warden controlled aged person property. Each of the 38 one bedroom apartments was rewired to comply with new building regulation and a new main reception and waiting area created. Each apartment is fitted with general lighting, power and digital TV points. The building has a fully addressable fire alarm system linked to a new warden call system ensuring the tenants have complete piece of mind.
New boilers have been installed within the basement plant room to provide hot water and heating to the communal areas and each apartment via individual zone valves.
